Scheduling a consultation with
a chronic disease management
specialist is easy:
- Download our My Bupa App, for IOS or Android.
Once in the app, log in to My Bupa using your username and password. - Choose the 'Chronic Disease' option from the 'Health Programs' menu,
fill in your information so that a specialist can contact you and schedule an appointment, click on the hamburger menu and you will find the "blua" button with a drop down list. Here choose the 'Health Programs' option and click on Chronic Disease Management. Choose the program you need by clicking on Request Appointment. - A screen will appear with the text "Your Doctor is waiting for you" and you can click on Connect. You will immediately be connected with a Doctor to assist you.
